What we collect
- What you type into our form: clinic name, email and Instagram handle (optional).
- If you subscribe: your name, email and payment status from our checkout provider, Whop. We never see or store your card number.
- Brand details you give us after checkout: logo, colors, treatments and your medical director's name.
- Basic site activity through the Meta Pixel and cookies: pages viewed, form submitted, purchase completed.
- How visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling, pages viewed) through Microsoft Clarity. Form fields are masked and not recorded.
How we use it
- To make and send your free sample reels and, if you subscribe, your monthly reels.
- To email you about your samples, your subscription and our offer. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
We do not sell your information.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo: email and contact list.
- Cloudflare: receives the form submission.
- Whop: checkout and subscription billing.
- Meta Platforms: ad measurement through the Meta Pixel.
- Microsoft: site usage analytics through Microsoft Clarity.
- GitHub Pages: hosts this website.
Cookies, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity
This site uses the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies and share events such as page views, form submissions and purchases with Meta. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
This site also uses Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies and shows us how visitors use the site through heatmaps and session replays, so we can improve it. Form inputs are masked. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Patient information
Please do not send us patient information, patient photos or medical records. Our reels never use real patients.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your details while you are a lead or subscriber and for up to 24 months after. Email hello@medspareels.com to see, correct or delete what we hold, and we will reply within 30 days.
